Come experience an evening yoga class with Sarah Kay Peters AT 8:00PM - 9:15PM. Vinyasa flow is a vigorous style of yoga, linking breath and movement through a series of sun salutations and postures. The flow will get a good sweat on, building strength and flexibility as we build heat in the body. We will end with a nice long cool down, leaving you ready to melt into bed for a good night's rest. Class is good for all levels. No mats or previous experience required. Class is $10, payable at the studio before class or online on our Yoga Page
